I ordered an refill kit 3/05/01. We received our order promptly and following the instructions we were able to fill our cartridge without difficulty. I was amazed even after drilling a hole in the cartridge and sealing it back,  it is working very nicely. Thank you for the service you provide. We are a homeschooling family and use a lot of ink! Hi, My name is Judy. I live in Kentucky and received you're refill kit for my Lexmark just last week....two days ago my cartridge ran low and we took it out and drilled our little hole and refilled it and it's working like a charm.....I had this horror story in my mind of ink everywhere and a big mess, but not one drop spilled anywhere and I can't believe how many times I'll be able to fill a cartridge and save a ton of money!!!..we'll be ordering the color refill next.  Just wanted to thank you . . .

We received our Color and B/W refill kits the other day and I have used each of the colored inks already.  The process went smoothly and all of my printouts look just great.  So far I can't tell any difference between my original Canon Cartridges and your ink refills.

I refilled my ink cartridge for the first time yesterday. Everything went well.

. . . everything prints well. When I compare the cost of new cartridges with re-filling, I get ecstatic. It makes me want to print and print, make copies, receive faxes, etc. all without worrying if I have enough ink left. Anyway, thanks for the ink. At the rate I'm printing now, I'll be a long and frequent customer.
